Employee Surveillance

From time to time an employer may find themselves needing to have an employee put under surveillance. This need can arise from a number of reasons.

The reasons can be from employee theft to drug use in the workplace.

The surveillance maybe needed not only at work, but also when an employee is not at work. A case in point. There was an employee that was working at an irrigation supply. The employee was stealing equipment. On the weekends the employee was selling the equipment at a yard sale. The reason for this was due to the employee’s addiction to methamphetamine.
